Service Admin Assistant
Our prestigious partner who is an international leader in the production of medical devices is looking for a talented, experienced professional to join its project in Budapest.
If you have gained experience in service administration, you are a good Excel user, have some “satisfy the customer” attitude, and speak fluent English, then this the perfect opportunity for you!
The job
- Performing general administrative tasks (keeping records, preparing statements, managing contracts, database maintenance, invoicing, managing service material orders)
- Performing customer relations tasks (handover and acceptance of ordered and/or serviced goods)
- Management of the order process in the administration system (NAVISION).
- CRM system usage
- Support of the company's technical staff
- Other assistance for service areas
- Other ad-hoc tasks
About you
- 1–2 years of professional experience in a similar function: office administration, commercial assistance
- Secondary or higher education (trade / economics education)
- Fluent English and Hungarian language knowledge
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Responsibility and attentiveness
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask and solve problems quickly, resourcefully, and competently
- Be an open-minded person who has a desire to help employees with different questions.
